I thought it was a little over priced for what it is. We spent about 25 mins in there.
The staff were fab though. The talk given at the beginning was the highlight.
It's 4 storey house with about 2 smallish rooms on each floor

Le musée est petit mais remplis de belle références au fameux personnage de sir Arthur Conan Doyle. L’expérience immersive au départ est très agréable tout est bien pensé dans le moindre détails. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le dernier étage avec les différentes adaptations de Sherlock Holmes.
Le passage dans la boutique a été bien entendu obligatoire et nous avons pu trouver beaucoup de jolis produits dérivés exclusifs au musée.

Really bad museum, had to wait outside longer than it actually took us inside. The gift shop is nicer than the museum. The speaker was great and interesting, would suggest to make him talk at all levels. Truly boring setting

It seems to be really great but you do not have the right to do ANY mistake when you book your ticket. I chose the wrong date by error. When I explained the situation, which was « sorry, I made a mistake when booking, see : my Eurostar ticket is right after my Sherlock Holmes’s Museum’s chosen hour » they just said « sorry, you did not tell us 48h prior to your chosen date, we cannot do anything. » So all reservation lost because automated process and no option to exchange or refund. Also, I noticed that it is absolutely not written on the ticket that it’s not refundable or anything else, just contact the email adress indicated. That’s what I did but it was just for nothing. So pay attention when you book your tickets if you don’t want to loose your time and money. Really unpleasant experience.

I took a friend who is a big sherlock fan and she was very disappointed. It is very small and the whole house can be seen in 10 minutes.
It's really not worth the entry fee.

Lovely, however a bit packed with too many people at the same time
I understand that nobody wants to wait too long,but chance to slowly look at the pieces would have been more enjoyable. Overall great

It’s pretty tiny. Interesting to see for Sherlock Holmes fans but a bit underwhelming. Made me feel the tickets are a bit overpriced

E minunat să vezi tot ceea ce ai citit în cărțile de aventură cu Sherlock Holmes... am văzut cu sufletul când am citit... am văzut cu ochii ceea ce am citit... un sentiment de bucurie și satisfacție....

As huge fans of the world’s greatest detective, visiting this place was an absolute must for us! The last time we were here was 20 years ago, and while some things have changed, it still has a wonderful charm.
Although the price may seem a bit high for a visit of around 30 minutes,. The exhibit is beautifully designed with great attention to detail, and you get plenty of interesting background information.
The shop is fantastic, offering everything a detective fan could wish for.
However, we do have one small critique—when listing the actors who have portrayed Sherlock Holmes, Johnny Lee Miller is noticeably missing. We truly believe he deserves to be mentioned here as well.
Aside from that, we highly recommend a visit!

Muy buena experiencia, es una visita guiada por el 221b de Baker Street, donde vivía Holmes con Watson. El recorrido es de diferentes pisos, pasando por la sala principal de la casa de Sherlock, el cuarto de Watson o de la señora Hudson. Todo está perfectamente recreado con detalle, pipas, violín, notas… Al final, hay un sala con objetos de las series y pelis basadas en el detective así como un libro de firmas para que dejes tu pequeña huella. Le daría 5 estrellas si no fuera porque el guía te mete prisa todo el rato, así que no puedes ver las cosas con tranquilidad o hacer fotos con calma, yo me quedé con ganas de ver con más esmero el comedor de Holmes, y nos invitó a irnos en cero coma.
